The Easy Pay Program 

Our purpose is to provide quality affordable
 health care to every member of our community.

It is often difficult or impossible for a patient to pay for their treatment plan in full.  Expensive co-payments, deductibles or cash plan payments are not covered by insurance.

We have a solution for you.

Our office will meet with every patient individually and build a financial plan for your care that will fit your budget.  Payments can be made in small monthly amount that you choose.  Best of all there is no credit check and no interest charged.  There is simply a nominal processing fee.  Our goal is to make sure that every person that enters this office can afford the care they need.
